This section explains the website design process in complete detail. So take a few minutes and learn what it takes to put your site LIVE on the internet.

There are a few simple steps in getting your web site online, and we make each one easy for you:

Step 1 : Selecting & Registering Your Domain Name
This is one of the most important parts, yet most forgotten, steps of the process. Selecting a domain name is basically selecting an exclusive "brand name " for yourself or for your company. A domain is a web address (i.e.: www.eDesigns.org). It is just like any other URL except it is dedicated to you or your company. A domain is something that distinguishes you from the rest. Many years ago, it was just a fad, now it is a necessity for successful sites.

There are numerous sites on the internet that offer domain registration and pricing varies per company. It could range anywhere form $7.00 - $50.00+ per name. We handle all of this for you at a cost of only $15.00 per domain and it is even included FREE with a limited number of our website design packages.

Today, domain names are being registered a rate of 30,000 new domains daily, so you see that you have to grab one while you can. So get a good idea for a unique domain name for your site and list your desired names on the order form and we will take care of the rest for you.

Step 2 : Selecting A Web Site Hosting Package
We hope you had a chance to look through the available website hosting packages. We offer multiple packages with pricing starting at $5.95 Monthly.

The setup is always FREE for the hosting plan you select. Four seperate hosting plans are available and one should suit your needs. However, if you do not find one that has all of the particulars you require, send us an email with your requested features and we will quote you a price.

Once you select the hosting plan you desire and complete the application process, your new hosting account will be created and you will receive a confirmation e-mail message which will contain:
a) Your account login information
b) Clear instructions on how to get started

And this will allow us the immediate ability to:
a) Create/Upload your Web site
b) Configure your e-mail settings via the Control Panel
c) Use all the scripts which are offered and much more

If you are going to be using your own domain name (either a new or an existing one), you will be issued an IP Address which will allow us to go ahead and upload your site once completed. Once your domain name is fully registered or transferred, it will automatically start bringing visitors to your site.

Please note: If you are going to select a combination web design and hosting package, please contact us before placing your hosting order. We offer reduced rates to clients requesting both services.

Step 3 : Selecting A Web Site Design Package
Once you select the hosting plan you desire and complete the application process you are ready for the next step in completing your new web site, the web site design itself!

Each package is tailored to suit your style. If there are items that you would like, but are not listed in the package you will purchase, just let us know and we will add them for you.

You will be scheduled with a one-on-one consultation with one of our web design professionals who will gather preliminary information, including your ideas and dreams for your new website. You will have the option of selecting your site layout and during the entire process you will have total control over the final project.

Step 4 : Selecting A Web Site Template
How do you want your web site to look? Do you already have ideas? We have a vast assortment of web site templates that will provide a quality look and feel to your new site. A web site template is basically a "picture frame" for your web site that gives it a defined "look" and "feel". Each template is completely customized to suit your desires. Best of all, templates are included in the cost of each web site package.

Step 5 : Completing The WebSite Design & Hosting Order Form
And last, but not least, is the process of completing the website design and hosting services order form. This form provides all of the information we will need to administer an agreement to be mailed (eMail or USPS) or faxed to you for your approval.

The agreement you will receive clearly defines to each what will be purchased, expectations as well as all rights and responsibilities for all of the services you are requesting. Basically, the contract provides a clear understanding of the processes, services and time-limitations involved.

The order form can either be completed on-line or in a printed format, whichever is acceptable to you. Either way, upon receipt in our office an official agreement will be processed and forwarded to you within 24 hours.

Once the signed agreement and downpayment (if required) are received, we will begin work immediately on your project. You will know what is happening every step of the way as you will be sent periodic email's including links to our "design stage" where you will be able to view the birth and creation of your site through our progress on your project and verifying your approval at multpile stages throughout the process.
