Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Can I order my logo online?
    Yes. Your logo can be ordered and delivered via the internet. (See the order form)

  2. Will my logo be available in different formats?
    Yes. Your logo can be saved in variety of formats. The default file formats that I send to you include jpeg, gif, tiff, swf and .fla. You may specify other file format needs on the order form, or you can request another file format later.

  3. What is swf, fla, tif, jpeg and gif formats?
    - SWF and FLA are scalable vector graphics format, native to Macromedia Flash. These files can be imported/opened in Macromedia Flash, and may be edited, flash animated, resized, etc. These are the files that you need to send to Flash Logo Design to have your logo flash-animated.
    - TIF format is supported by most illustration and page-layout programs (such as MS Word), and in most cases is the preferred format used in print documents.
    - GIF and JPEG are ideally suited for the internet.

  4. How do I receive my logo?
    You will receive your logo files in zipped format, via email, to the email address you specified on the order form.

  5. Who owns the rights to my logo design? (Can I copyright my logo?)
    All rights to the logos and artwork created by LLogos.com, designed for the client(s), belong to the client it was designed for. eDesigns.org does not hold any rights to the logos designed and created for clients. The client may register his/her logo created by eDesigns.org, under his/her name or trademark. Please also see Policy.

  6. What is a Hi-Res and Low-Res Image?
    A high resolution Image (300 dpi) is generally used for print (your Tiff files are sent in high-res format.) A low resolution image (72dpi) is used on the web.

  7. How long does the process take?
    Once your payment and order are received, we will begin working on your logo immediately, and I will make every effort to have your logo completed and sent within 72 hours (usually less than 72 hours).

  8. What should I think about when designing a logo?
    Your logo should reflect the nature of your business.
    -It should be simple and easily identifiable.
    -It should be unique.
    -It should be adaptable to different situations.
    -Your logo can be a symbol, words, or a combination of both.

  9. Can I get revisions (changes) to my logo design, and are they free?
    Your first logo revision is free. If you require additional revisions, after the complimentary first revision, you may submit your request and make the payment of $15 here. Please see the policy page for logo revision policy.

  10. Is My Transaction Secure?
    Yes!. All transactions are processed through an encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) - secure server, with the best encryption available.
