Once payment is received & verified for your logo order, work will immediately begin on your logo creation , based on your order form details. If we have any questions, you will be contacted via eMail and we will await your response.

Every every will be made to ensure logo order(s) are completed, and forwarded to you within three (03) business days (from receipt and/or payment of your order). You will receive your completed logo files via the email address you provided on the logo design order form.

Electronic files can be in a variety of formats depending on your needs. By default, I will provide you with; .gif, .jpg, .swf and .tif files of your logo (see product description on oposite page). You may request additional file formats at the time of order. We will notify you if we cannot provide the additional file formats you reqeusted.

Once payment is made and verified, client owns the image, not eDesigns. However, until payment is made and verified, all ownership and rights to the image are the sole, exclusive, property of eDesigns and its' corporate partners.

Printing and stationary package is not included with this offer, but is avalable upon request. If requested, this information will be sent to one of our Corporate Partners and woul will be contacted seperately by them.

Revision Policy:
Your first logo revision* is free. However, If you require additional revisions, after the complimentary first revision, are $10.00 per revision. To submit a request for a revision, you must email us at logo_revision_request@eDesigns.org and include your name, company.logo name and contact info. We will bill you the additional charge via online payment request, if necessary.

*Complete redesign of your logo is not considered a revision, but a new logo and will be charged as such. Therefore, assure you describe IN DETAIL your ideas for your logo design.

No additional charges will not be incurred without customer approval.
